Dragon Fruit or Pitaya it's all the same

Is it Dragon Fruit or Pitaya? It’s both in two different languages. Dragon Fruit is a beautiful, exotic and unique fruit. Dragon Fruit is originally from the Americas and part of the Cacti family. Vietnam is also a leading exporter. The French introduced Dragon Fruit to Vietnam.
Dragon Fruit belongs to the Cacti family. The fruit is about 30 cm or more of size. Pitaya can bloom at night and when it does it releases a sweet fragrance. Pitaya can be red or white from the inside but the outside has a beautiful design, it is red outside and has leafs that are green but have the shape of fire that is what gives it the unique look. Pitaya is best to grow in rich soil with a high level of organic materials.
Jose Ramirez is a elementary school teacher that has experience growing pitaya. We interviewed him on November 28, 2017. I decided to ask him if Pitaya can be medicine or a cure similar like Aloe. He told me that the leaves are similar to Aloe Vera which means it is good for cuts. He said it takes a few years to develop and that it is very difficult process to grow.

CALDO de pollo de mamá

My mom’s caldo de pollo is the best that I know! It has good flavors that together make a even better flavor. My mom makes great caldo de pollo because she always uses the family recipe.
I like my moms caldo de pollo because it’s homemade by my mom. When my mom makes it I know she made it because it has the veggies she uses and the flavor I know.
The caldo de pollo has carrots, potatoes, zucchini, chayote, white onion, garlic powder, and chicken. Also it is made in these steps. (1.) Place the chicken legs into a large pot and pour water over the chicken add garlic powder. (2.) Mix carrots, potatoes, zucchini, chayote, and white onion in the pot with the broth and water. Turn on heat medium low and cook soup at low boil until the veggies are tender.
There are many ways to make chicken soup it can be made with these other types of caldo de pollo. Maruchan (chicken flavor) and canned chicken soup.

My grandma is an amazing cook. My grandma Maria knows how to cook Korean, Guatemalan, Salvadorian and Mexican food. She knows how to cook all these foods because she had many jobs. My grandma is an amazing cook.
“Cooking is my passion,” said Maria. She said cooking is her passion because she loves to cook. It's fun to her. It keeps her busy. She learned how to cook in many ways she also taught herself.
"I love to cook," said Maria. She loves to cook because she was born to cook. Maria cooked food that she doesn't like because she loves to cook. When she was 10 my grandma only learned how to cook eggs.
“I was interested in cooking when i was 10 years old.” She was interested in cooking when she was 10 years old because she had to make her own food. Her boss at work and her mom showed her how to cook also. My grandma said she learned how to cook because her mom didn’t want her to be lazy in life.

Cooking with my mom make me feel like I am an only child but I am not. Whenever we cook she sings and she also likes humming so she hums too. Cooking with my mom is fun and I learn a lot cooking with her.
"I got the recipe from my grandmother,” said my mom. The ingredients on the recipe were oil, corn tortillas, enchilada sauce, cheese, and add-ons. This recipe was given to my grandma from her mother and my grandma gave it to my mom.
“I have been cooking since I was 10 years old,” said my mom. My mom also cooks entomatadas, spaghetti, tacos, tortas, tamales, and more. When she was 10 she only knew how to cook eggs with chorizo.
“I learned how to cook because when my mom cooked I wanted to cook with her,” said my mom. My mom said that she wanted to learn how to cook because she didn’t want to be lazy in life. My mom wanted to be a doctor and a cook when she grew up.
I learn a lot cooking/working with my mom when I cook with my mom it makes me feel so special because no one can bother us not even any of my brothers. I learned how to cook other foods rather than eggs and baking cookies.

MOM'S FAMOUS MEATBALLS

The piece of meatball looked wet. When I saw the meatball I thought it was disgusting but when I tried it was good. My main idea is about my mom’s meatballs.
I like my moms meatballs because they are good. I like my moms meatballs because they are covered in BBQ sauce.
Meatballs recipes are made of the followings combine beef veal and pork in a large bowl, add garlic, eggs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Blend some bread crumbs into meat mixture slowly add the slowly add the water ½ cup at a time. The the mixture should be very moist but still hold it’s shape if rolled into meatballs. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and then fry meatballs in batches.
These are the the types of meatballs Italian, American, Turkish, Swedish, Spanish, Basko, Bitterballen, Gondi, and Kibbeh.
